History / About

GJS Projects has extensive experience in all aspects of Construction Management with staff and Directors having been involved in the construction industry for over 25 years.

 

Previous involvement of GJS Projects staff is in large scale, complex construction projects, including major infrastructure, multi-storey apartments, hotels, casinos, retail developments and multi-use facilities where they were responsible for the design management, tendering, trade procurement, letting of contracts, programming and overall Project Management of the sites.

 

With formal Construction Management & Quantity Surveying educations as a basis, coupled with interstate building licences and extensive experience working in the construction industry for large scale contractors such as Multiplex and Probuild, GJS Projects’ technical skills are supported by first-hand knowledge of how work is performed out on site.

GJS Projects can also offer services to Developers from initial feasibility studies to the superintendent management role of the project and everything in-between.
